I work part time in clinical practice. I endeavour to respond to emails and phone calls within 48 hours. I cannot provide crisis support.

  • Emergency (Life-Threatening Risk): Call 000 immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

  • Mental Health Access Line (1300 MH CALL): Call 1300 642 255 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for the main point of entry into public mental health services, crisis support, triage, and referral to acute care teams.

  • Lifeline: Call 1300 11 14 or text/chat online for 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention.
