About Brooke
I’m a Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor.
I want you to look forward to sessions, knowing that appointments with me will offer you space and time to feel supported, talk and think together and make sense of hard things.
The way I work is informed by attachment and relationship science.
Our earliest relationships shape us in ways we often can’t see. They influence how we handle stress, how we feel about ourselves, and how we connect with the people we love. A lot of my work is about making sense of these patterns, so they feel less confusing and less in charge.
I believe most things can feel more manageable and less overwhelming with support. I'm drawn to helping people build a clearer understanding of themselves and their lives, one that opens up new choices and support wellbeing.
I also believe change happens through relationships: the one we build in therapy, and the ones you have with the important people in your life. This shapes how I work with everyone, whether you come to me on your own or as a parent.
